My professional background spans data and impact management, reporting operations, systems administration, automation, documentation, and security-minded analysis. I am most useful in the space between technical systems and the people accountable for making them work.

That often means entering an environment where the process is partly documented, the data reflects years of operational compromise, and the important questions cannot wait for perfect conditions. I learn the system, locate the failure points, and build a path from raw activity to information people can defend and act upon.

Outside formal roles, I maintain the Devious Designs Applied Technology Lab—an independent record of embedded hardware, radio, wireless systems, defensive research, and field computing. It is less a collection of gadgets than a record of questions: what worked, what failed, what changed, and what the next experiment should test.

My approach is analytical without becoming detached from the human consequences of the work. I value privacy, freedom, ethics, equality, useful documentation, and technology that expands people’s ability to act rather than obscuring it.
